A Magical Note for Royal Guests & Families

We are beyond honored that you have chosen to celebrate your child's special day at our palace!

We understand just how precious these birthday memories are, and we are truly grateful to be part of such an important milestone. Our goal is to provide a magical, memorable, and stress-free experience so you can focus on enjoying every moment with your birthday star and loved ones while we handle the details.

We can't wait to welcome your royal family and create unforgettable memories together!

Timely Arrival Please plan ahead and arrive on time. Our royal adventures follow a carefully planned itinerary, and late arrivals may miss activities or magical moments. Please encourage your guests to arrive on time as well. Encourage guests to check out our whimsical palace online beforehand so everyone can get excited!

Rest for the Birthday Star and Preprep: A good night’s sleep or a daytime nap helps your little prince or princess fully enjoy their “BEST DAY EVER!” We handle the setup and planning so you can focus on making magical memories. Be sure to pop your phone a charger, you'll be sure to want to take lots of photos/videos during the party!

Royal Arrival Notice: Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your reservation start time. Early arrivals cannot access the space or restrooms, as we host back-to-back bookings and need this time to prepare the magic and keep some elements behind the scenes. We ask that you be respectful of this policy and of the reservations that may come before yours.

Important Paperwork A liability form must be signed at the front desk for all participating children by their guardians. Participating includes any activities such as crafts, dress-up, makeovers, bounce house/slide, games, and more.

First Encounters Can Be Shy. Little ones may feel shy at first. It’s not every day they meet royalty, mermaids, fairies, and other magical friends! If your character guest is a surprise, consider whether your child would enjoy the surprise or benefit from a gentle heads-up before they come into the palace.

Party Guests & Theme Our activities are princess and fairytale-focused and planned around the birthday child’s age, theme, and package. Please honor the guest limits in your package. Additional participating children will incur a $45 per-child fee and may require activity adjustments to accommodate the group. If you have catering, additional food cannot be added the day of the event.

Food & Refreshments Light snacks work best, such as cupcakes, cookies, pizza, tea sandwiches, nuggets, and juice boxes. Please no ice cream or alcohol. We provide paper products, but there is no kitchen access, refrigeration, microwave, or ice available. You can bring in a cooler if you feel the need to have one. Staff cannot serve or handle outside food. For deliveries, please schedule food to arrive around or before the party’s halfway point. For example, a 10:00 AM–12:00 PM party should have food arrive at or before11:00 AM. Just about every major pizza chain is located close to our palace.

Food Preparation Tip If you're bringing your own refreshments, save yourself some stress and prepare as much as possible before arriving at the Palace. You don't want to spend your celebration peeling oranges, frosting cookies, or assembling snacks while magical memories are being made!

We recommend washing and cutting fruit ahead of time, opening snack packages and arranging them in baskets, pre-mixing punches, portioning treats, and completing any food prep that can be done in advance. This allows you to spend more time enjoying the celebration and less time playing chef during your party.

Playroom & Activities The playroom may close anytime during the final 30 minutes to allow for timely departure and toy sanitation. For salon time, please arrive with nails free of polish if requesting pixie polish, as we cannot remove old polish. The bounce house/slide will close about 10 minutes before the reservation ends.

Bounce House /Slide Safety Socks are strongly recommended. Staff do not monitor the bounce house/slide at all times, and use is at your own risk.

Preserve the Magic Older siblings and relatives, please help us keep the magic alive. These are the real characters in your child’s eyes! Fully costumed adults are not permitted per booking policy.

✨ A Gentle Royal Reminder ✨

At 10 minutes before your party ends, we will make a polite announcement. This is the perfect time to gather belongings, collect crafts, and begin making your way to your carriages.

Your reservation will conclude promptly at the scheduled end time. We begin preparing for the next reservation right away so we can continue creating magical experiences for every family. Thank you for helping us keep the magic running smoothly!

Your Princess Party Experience

You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time. If you arrive earlier, you won't be permitted past the front desk and can not check in before that timeframe, but you can shop Dress Your Fairytale.

Upon arrival, you and your guests will be asked to sign our general waiver and confirm the ages of their kiddos before they are permitted to enter the PLAY AREA. Guests can play until the start of the party experience. We can wait for a max of 10 minutes past your party start time for late guests, otherwise, we must start your party. For late guests, we unfortunately can't go backwards on activities due to their tardiness, but we will happily incorporate them as best we can into the current activities.

Your Party Experience Starts in Our CREATIVE WORKSHOP.

We will do a welcome greeting and have all the children enter.

There your selected characters will make their magical appearance.

Once the princesses/ characters have greeted your child and guests, they will lead

them to our Royal Wardrobe Area for outfit selections.

And head to the SHIMMER SALON for makeovers (starting with the birthday child first).

While guests wait for their turn in the salon, the party fairy godmothers will start your selected guided craft (you can pick which craft on your final details form). 

Once the makeovers and crafts are complete, we will gather the children and head to the ROYAL GRAND HALL for a game and or princess training lesson, and a ROYAL DANCE PARTY/ Singalong!

Then we will have a Princess Coronation Ceremony (The birthday child will receive a real rhinestone tiara to keep). Candle Lighting, singing of Happy Birthday”

Group and individual posed photo time with the characters.

Then we will signify the departure of the characters (last chance to grab pictures!)

Children will return borrowed items/costumes to a basket.

Princesses/ Characters Depart

Start of your party room time.

If you have elected for Tea Service, your party fairy godmothers will serve your treats. 

If you are self-catering, this is your time to serve (or welcome guests to help themselves). 

Your party fairy godmothers will provide paper products but will not serve your guests. 

If you elected for the BOUNCE HOUSE or SLIDE, it will be opened at this time. Enjoy your treats and mingling in the ROYAL GRAND HALL. You are also welcome to open gifts/presents during this time (optional). If you have the cotton candy add-on, we will bring out the cart in the final 30 minutes of the party.

If you do not have a bounce house or slide, the PLAY AREA will remain open for a little while longer for additional optional play, but will close near the end of the party to help make smoother departures.

10 minutes until the end of your party, we will give a gentle general goodbye message, reminding guests to pick up their crafts and personal items.

Your Royal Spa Party Experience

Creative Workshop: Spa Day Begins

Your party experience begins in our Creative Workshop, where we will welcome your guests and gather everyone together.

Your selected characters will make their magical grand entrance and greet the birthday child and guests before leading everyone into a relaxing royal spa experience.

Children will:

• Put on spa robes and headbands

• Enjoy cooling under-eye jellies

• Relax with face masks and chilly cucumbers

• Unwind on our spa treatments under the glow of lanterns like true royalty

• Create their own DIY lip gloss to take home

Shimmer Salon

Next, we'll move to the Shimmer Salon for royal makeovers, beginning with the birthday child.

While guests wait for their salon turn, our Fairy Godmothers will lead a bracelet-making activity.

Once everyone has received their makeover and completed their bracelets, we will gather together and head to the Grand Hall.

Royal Grand Hall Celebration

In the Royal Grand Hall, guests will enjoy:

Karaoke sing-along dance party

The celebration continues with a special Coronation Ceremony, where the birthday child will receive a real rhinestone tiara to keep.

We will then gather for:

• Birthday candle lighting

• Singing of "Happy Birthday"

• Group photos with the characters

• Individual posed photos

Before departing, the characters will share their royal farewells, making this the final opportunity for additional photos and hugs.

If you have elected for Tea Service, your party fairy godmothers will serve your treats. 

If you are self-catering, this is your time to serve (or welcome guests to help themselves). 

Your party fairy godmothers will provide paper products but will not serve your guests. 

If you elected for the BOUNCE HOUSE or SLIDE, it will be opened at this time. Enjoy your treats and mingling in the ROYAL GRAND HALL. You are also welcome to open gifts/presents during this time (optional). If you have the cotton candy add-on, we will bring out the cart in the final 30 minutes of the party.

If you do not have a bounce house or slide, the PLAY AREA will remain open for a little while longer for additional optional play, but will close near the end of the party to help make smoother departures.

10 minutes until the end of your party, we will give a gentle general goodbye message, reminding guests to pick up their crafts and personal items.

Upon arrival, you and your guests will be asked to sign our general waiver and confirm the ages of their kiddos before they are permitted to enter the PLAY AREA or hang out in the Party Room. Guests can play or hang until the start of the party experience. We can wait for a max of 10 minutes past your party start time for late guests, otherwise, we must start your party. For late guests, we unfortunately can't go backwards on activities due to their tardiness, but we will happily incorporate them as best we can into the current activities.

You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time. If you arrive earlier, you won't be permitted past the front desk and can not check in before that timeframe, but you can shop Dress Your Fairytale.

Upon arrival, you and your guests will be asked to sign our general waiver and confirm the ages of their kiddos before they are permitted to enter the PLAY AREA or hang out in the Party Room. Guests can play or hang until the start of the party experience. We can wait for a max of 10 minutes past your party start time for late guests, otherwise, we must start your party. For late guests, we unfortunately can't go backwards on activities due to their tardiness, but we will happily incorporate them as best we can into the current activities. 

Your Party Experience Starts in Our CREATIVE WORKSHOP.

We will do a welcome greeting and have all the children enter.

There, your selected characters will make their magical appearance.

Once the princesses/ characters have greeted your child and guests, they will then have everyone don approns, and we will start our step-by-step painting lesson!

The host will go over techniques and teach the theme-inspired painting step by step together.

Since this is a multiple-step art class, unfortunately, at a certain point, late guests will not be able to "catch up" Once we pass that point, we will ask those tardy guests to observe, and they can join us in our next activity post-painting. Thank you for understanding.

We will finish our canvas art paintings, wash up, and head over to the

SHIMMER SALON for glitter, tatoos and pixie dust wishes!

Once the makeovers and crafts are complete, we will gather the children and head to the ROYAL GRAND HALL for an optional Karaoke Sing-a-long!

Then we will have a Princess Coronation Ceremony (The birthday child will receive a real rhinestone tiara to keep). Candle Lighting, singing of Happy Birthday”

The best outfits for blacklight fun are clothes that glow brightly under UV light!

💜 White or Neon Colors: bright pink, green, yellow, and orange glow the best

💙 Fluorescent or UV-reactive fabrics shine vividly

💚 Glow accessories like bracelets, necklaces, glow sticks, and glow makeup make the look extra fun

🖤 Avoid dark colors since they absorb the blacklight instead of glowing

Perfect outfit ideas:

Upon arrival, you will see party fairy godmothers still working away in your party room, don't be alarmed; it takes several elements (such as blacking out windows and placing out UV lights) to make our grand hall glow magically. You are welcome to go ahead and set out food and grab those rare photos of your cake and decor in the daylight before your party room glow activities. Don't worry, it will be all ready to shine come party room time!

You and your guests will be asked to sign our general waiver and confirm the ages of their kiddos before they are permitted to enter the PLAY AREA Guests can play or hang until the start of the party experience. We can wait for a max of 10 minutes past your party start time for late guests, otherwise, we must start your party. For late guests, we unfortunately can't go backwards on activities due to their tardiness, but we will happily incorporate them as best we can into the current activities. 

Your Party Experience Starts in Our CREATIVE WORKSHOP.

While guests wait for their turn in the salon, the party fairy godmothers will start on making glow bracelets and playing with our glow slime bar.

Once the makeovers and bracelets are complete, we will gather the children and head to the ROYAL GRAND HALL for a mega glow party. We do dance with glow ribbons, play games like glow limbo, and enjoy the blacklight fun!

Then we will have a Princess Coronation Ceremony (The birthday child will receive a real rhinestone tiara to keep). Candle Lighting, singing of Happy Birthday”

At any time, if you decide you would like to return the party room to daylight (for presents or goodbyes) let us know. We don't recommend flipping back and forth, so be sure you're ready before activating the lights back on.
