Reserving Royalty’s Fairytale Palace is not your average birthday party venue—we create enchanting, one-of-a-kind celebrations with beloved characters in an intimate, magical setting. This is what sets us apart from other party locations!

All children—boys, girls, and pals of every kind—are welcome to join in the fun. However, we encourage you to be thoughtful when creating your guest list and invite little ones who would truly enjoy this type of fairytale encounter. After all, everyone can love a little magic! ✨

While our parties are centered around princesses and fairytales, we do offer a few prince and pirate-inspired touches for variety: 👑 Royal Wardrobe options include a handful of prince costumes ⚔️ Tattoo & mustache alternatives in the Shimmer Salon dress-up activity

Please note: we do not currently offer male characters at the Fairytale Palace for birthday celebrations. Heroes and princes are only available for travel appearances.

From our sparkling pink glitter floors to flower-covered walls, the Fairytale Palace is all about pixie dust and princess magic. We recommend letting parents know the type of experience to expect so every guest arrives ready to step into a fairytale world. 💖

A: Good Question! It is a cute box top with a clear lid that is filled with tried and true kid-approved snacks. It includes things such as goldfish, rainbow marshmallows, fresh-cut fruit, and more. The perfect treat to accompany that royal iced cookie & cupcake and still have plenty of time to play!

A: You can! But please keep it a light affair, our palace offers so much fun to be had and party snacks are better than full meals. Think cupcakes and tea snacks over spaghetti and hot wings. If you opt out of our catering tea service, you will be provided one 6-foot table to set up / display your provided food. Your party assistants will not be able to assist in preparing or serving your refreshments. Keep in mind, you will not be provided access to our kitchen or to a microwave & refrigerator so prepare the food ahead of time. We will provide a cake knife, paper products, napkins, and plastic silverware. No Alcohol is not permitted and please no ice cream, Elsa provides us with enough icy fun.

A: Nope! Locking in your date and time is the top priority. After that, we’ll help you tailor all the fun details—like characters, guest count, and theme selectionx. You’re welcome to make adjustments along the way, so there’s no pressure to have it all figured out right away! Typically, decisions need to be made at least 1 month prior, and add-on services/characters can not be guaranteed until they are locked into your reservation.

Our package allotments are thoughtfully set to ensure a magical and well-balanced experience for every guest. It is also to maintain fairness between all of our fairytale palace clients. Each package includes a carefully curated itinerary with a designated guest-to-character ratio:

Standard Package: 4-8 guests with at least one character Deluxe Package: up to15 guests with at least two characters Grand Package: up to 20 guests with at least three characters

To maintain the quality of our experience, we kindly ask that guest counts remain within the selected and booked package. If additional participating little guests attend beyond your package allotment without notice, we will need to adjust or remove activities and services to accommodate the overage (catering/ goodie boxes allotments are set and additional treats can not be added day of) .

There will also be day of cost for unexpected guests.

We never want a child to miss out, so ensuring the correct package selection helps us create the best experience possible for everyone.

If your RSVPs exceed your booked package allotment, please reach out to as soon as possible so we can assist with any necessary adjustments to your reservation.

A: We visit the royal wardrobe during the "Royal Princess Package" only. Here, child guests will be welcome to borrow and return dresses, crowns and accessories to wear during the party experience.

We have gowns in sizes 2T to small adult. With a few prince and pirate options as well. Guests are welcome to arrive in royal princess or party attire and/or select from the wardrobe during the dress-up activity.

We also have gowns available for purchase in the Dress Your Fairytale Shop.

Our Glamour packages do not include dress-up as they are geared to older children, most clients arrive in typical party clothes.

For Spa packages, we provide a pink satin spa rope to wear during the experience and a spa headband to keep, otherwise, guests should arrive in desired princess or party attire.

A: There is no need, We take care of all setup and decorating based on your selected package type. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that guests arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to party reservations and 10 minutes prior to playdates.

A: In order to celebrate with as many royal pals as we can, while still providing private experiences, we do book multiple parties throughout the entire weekend. You are welcome to enter the palace up to 15 minutes prior to your party start time and enjoy our boutique and play area. Your decorated party room - Called the Royal Grand Hall- will be revealed in the second part of your celebration with plenty of time for photos and enjoyment.

A: Each package has its own set of requirements for the age of the birthday kid.

Makeup services are for 3 and up, and Spa Services are for ages 4 and up.

Have a toddler coming? No worries, we offer modified services for little faces.

Everyone ages 12 months to 12 years has to be signed in at the front desk (regardless of participation status)

A: piñatas, they are fun! However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we do not allow them at the Fairytale Palace. With so many little ones around and fancy decor, safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure a magical and worry-free experience for all our guests.

A: Please Note: All upgrades are subject to current availability and must be requested with a minimum of one week's notice. Tea Service requires at least one month's advance notice for a guarantee. If your event is less than a month away, feel free to inquire—accommodations may be possible with modifications.

All modifications, upgrades, and downgrades are contingent upon availability and may be declined as your event date approaches. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, early communication provides the best chance for successful arrangements.

A: Yes! We don't charge extra for twins or multiple birthdays, however, guest counts still need to remain under your package allotment.

Example: standard package of up to 8 girls would need to include both sisters.

We understand that delays can happen! If you're running late, please text as soon as possible. We'll do our best to adjust, but since our experiences are often scheduled back-to-back, we may need to shorten your experience to stay on track.

A: Unfortunately, we always have a very booked calendar so all celebrations must start and end on time. We highly encourage you to arrive prior to your party start time and encourage your guests to do so as well. Our parties are EXPERIENCES and we want you to be able to experience as much as possible during your visit to the palace. We give 10 minutes after your party start time for guests to arrive and warm up to the space and each other. If the host family arrives late, we will have to adjust and remove activities to accommodate the new timeline. If a guest arrives late, we will incorporate them as best we can in the current activity and help them join the fun but we are not able to go back to previous activities and services. No additional time can be accommodated, thank you for understanding.

A: You can arrive up to 15 minutes before your party start time. If you arrive earlier, you won't be permitted past the front desk and can not check in before that timeframe.

Upon arrival, you and your guests will be asked to sign our general waiver and confirm the ages of their kiddos before they are permitted to enter the play area.

Guests can play until the start of the party experience. We can wait a max of 10 minutes past your party time, otherwise, we must start your party in the creative workshop and shimmer salon.

Our celebration reservations are 30 minutes apart, so don't be alarmed if our party fairy godmothers are adding the finishing touches to your decor in the Grand Hall when you drop off any refreshments. It will be picture-perfect and ready by the time you and your guests arrive at that space.

If you are providing your own refreshments, you will have a 6-foot table to set out your food on and 3 dessert display columns. Your party assistants will not be able to assist in preparing or serving your refreshments in any way other than setting out your cake/desserts on the columns. Please prepare all your food before arrival (i.e. cut /wash/ prepare fruit trays and mix dips). Keep in mind, that you will not be provided access to our kitchen or to microwave & refrigerator so prepare the food ahead of time. We will provide a cake knife, paper products, napkins, and plastic silverware.

A: Want to add a professional photographer to capture your Fairytale Palace experience? You are welcome to bring your own or use ours! We do offer a 20% discount for permission to utilize the photos for our small business' social and marketing purposes.

Moms/ parents are welcome to visit alongside their children as they go through this fairytale party experience. If you do a drop-off style party, just note that the host family is fully responsible for their guests. Reserving Royalty is not a licensed childcare faculty, we offer entertainment services only. If you plan to have some childless adult guests (aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc) Make sure they know what type of party to expect. While there is no limitations on adults,

if doing an experience-based package, we recommend just inviting them to the second half of the party in the grand hall as our Shimmer Salon and Creative Workshop are more intimate spaces. Adults are not permitted to dress as to portray meet and greet characters. Remind older siblings/relatives to preserve the magic! This is not a performer, this is the real character!

Reserving Royalty's Fairytale Palace is not your average birthday party experience, we craft enchanting moments with beloved characters in a magical intimate setting. Where royal dreams really do come true! Boys, girls, and pals are all welcome but please be thoughtful of this when selecting your guest list, choosing those that would enjoy this type of fairytale encounter.

We are sorry, but we do not offer any male characters at the Fairytale Palace at this time for birthdays. Heroes/Princes are welcome to travel appearances only. From our pink glitter floors to, flower-covered walls, the Fairytale Palace is ALL about pixie dust and princess stuff. We have a few prince costumes in the royal wardrobe and we can do tattoos in the makeup salon, other than that, we are FULLY committed to the princess and fairytale experience. We highly recommend letting parents know what type of experience to expect.

A: Only children that are participating need to be included in your alloted guest count. However anyone 12 months to 12 years has to sign in at the wavier.

Participation is any activity like: doing a craft, playing the games, getting services in the salon, bouncing in the bounce house, and needing a chair at the table.

Those under the age of 3 will have a modified makeover experience to keep the experience age-appropriate and safe for their young sensitive skin and help with the desire to touch/wipe their faces and eyes.

For private parties -in which we provide a catered tea menu- we are happy to swap items for safe options as long as we are made aware of the need at the time of booking (to give us proper time to secure yummy and safe treats). A: We are happy to chat about your party dream as long as it fits within the Fairytale Palace brand and mission. Custom requests must be made at minimum 2 months in advance. Custom Parties will have custom quoting and is subject to supplies, vendors, cast, and calendar availability.

A: While we do provide tons of only REAL videos and photos of the palace, we understand sometimes things seem to good to be true. If you would like to tour, message us for a weekday appointment time (our weekends are almost always fully booked) or stop in to view our lobby and speak with a party fairy godmother on the weekend.

Tipping is not required but is appreciated for exceptional performances. Our performers spend several hours preparing for their roles and our assistants prep throughout the week to make your party princess perfect. We recommend a standard 15-25% gratuity, but anything truly lets your performers or assistants know that you had a MAGICAL time! You can tip cash at the end of your party (at the front desk there is a jar) or we do accept tips digitally. If you so kindly wish to digitally tip your magic makers, you can do so directly *here* or Venmo @ReservingRoyalty (note your party date and time) there are also QR codes for Paypal and Venmo by the front desk.

A: Overall, we want to work with you to have a magical character interaction and party with Reserving Royalty.

We always put the safety of guests and performers first and will work with bookings for rescheduling options in the case of rare severe weather (ice storms, snow, and forecasted warnings). Changes will be accommodated based on current calendar availability. We understand life happens, if a client chooses to reschedule a party due to unforeseen circumstances or illness the client may reschedule the event for a date based on current calendar availability once. We will apply your retainer to another date/time as a one-time courtesy for documented illnesses. Booking retainers are good for 6 months from the original date. Multiple reschedulings are subject to additional fees. Retainers can be applied to a different type of reservation-based experience such as a private playdate but cannot be applied to ticketed events. Any flat-out cancellations made within 72 hours or less will not receive a balance refund. In the case of severe weather or major unforeseen circumstances such as performer illness, Reserving Royalty LLC reserves the right to reschedule or modify your appearance but will work with you for the best outcome. Exceptions under extreme circumstances are up to the discretion of Reserving Royalty management. All booking retainers are 100% non-refundable.

A: Fill out our Fairytale Palace Booking Request Form below. Once we confirm details and availability with you, we will need a non-refundable booking retainer to secure your date and for you to officially get reserved on our royal calendar. Make payments anytime up to 3 days before the big day.
