🎃 Bigger, Bolder & More Magical! Our 2026 Halloween Spook-tacular Treat Trail Recap!
A Halloween to Remember at The Fairytale Palace in High Point, NC!
Another SPOOK-TACULAR Halloween celebration is officially in the books, and WOW, what an adventure! 👻✨
On Sunday, October 25th, 2026, Reserving Royalty welcomed hundreds of families from across High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding Piedmont Triad for our 3rd Annual Halloween Spook-tacular Character Trick-or-Treat Trail!
What started as a dream of creating something beyond your typical trunk-or-treat has grown into one of our most ambitious character experiences of the year. With nearly 40 talented performers, 21 themed character stations, larger-than-life personalities, and plenty of candy, this year's trail was truly something special!

🌟 New Faces, Big Debuts & Fan Favorites!
One of our favorite parts of the 2026 Treat Trail was introducing some brand-new faces to The Fairytale Palace!
This year's exciting additions included the delightfully dramatic Edna Mode, who joined the fashionably fierce Cruella de Vil for a hilarious Halloween Costume Red Carpet experience!
The Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington, made his Reserving Royalty debut, bringing a little Halloween Town magic to the NC Triad!
We also welcomed some wickedly wonderful new faces to the trail! Our Descendants-inspired Wonderland duo, Red and Chloe, made their exciting public debut, bringing a bold splash of red and blue to the festivities! Meanwhile, the magnificently dramatic King Magnifico made his grand debut alongside Asha, adding a little royal charm (and plenty of ego!) to our magical lineup!
Guests also encountered the mysterious Wednesday Addams, the charmingly chaotic Beetlejuice, and a galaxy-far-far-away favorite, The Mandalorian!
And we couldn't forget one of the biggest highlights of the day: our K-Pop Demon Hunters-inspired experience! Rumi, Mira, Zoey, and Jinu brought the energy, excitement, and some serious star power to our K-Pop station!
From classic fairytales to modern fan favorites, our 2026 cast was one of our most diverse and exciting lineups yet.
🦹♀️ Villains, Princesses & a Little Halloween Mischief!
Where else can you encounter the Evil Queen and Snow White, cross paths with Maleficent and Aurora, and meet the mischievous Sanderson Sisters all in one afternoon?
Our guests journeyed through a whimsical world where beloved princesses shared the spotlight with some of storytelling's most notorious villains!
Dr. Facilier brought his signature New Orleans flair alongside Princess Tiana, Mother Gothel kept everyone on their toes, and the Queen of Hearts was ready to rule her corner of Wonderland!
Anna found herself reunited with Hans, King Magnifico joined Asha, and even Captain Jack Sparrow made an appearance.
Meanwhile, our Wicked-inspired favorites, Glinda and Elphaba, brought a little extra magic to the festivities, while Ursula and our live-action-inspired mermaid Ariel created an enchanting under-the-sea encounter.
And let's not forget Vanellope von Schweetz, Moana, and the always iconic Stepsisters!
Every turn brought another surprise, another photo opportunity, and another handful of Halloween treats!
🎭 More Than Just Trick-or-Treating!
If you've attended one of our events before, you know we don't believe in simply lining up characters behind candy bowls!
Our Treat Trail is designed to be an immersive, interactive experience, where guests travel through themed spaces, meet professionally trained character performers, enjoy playful interactions, and become part of the story.
This year, our opening experience featured the Sanderson Sisters and their spellbinding performance of I Put a Spell on You, setting the stage for an afternoon of Halloween fun!
From the Costume Red Carpet with Edna and Cruella to the high-energy K-Pop experience, every station had its own personality.
And while our villains may have looked a little mischievous, our goal remained the same: a family-friendly Halloween adventure filled with more giggles than scares!
📸 A Picture-Perfect Halloween!
The elaborate costumes, creative character portrayals, colorful backdrops, and incredible families dressed in their Halloween best made this year's event especially memorable.
Whether your little one was meeting their favorite princess, showing off their costume to Edna Mode, dancing with the K-Pop stars, or cautiously approaching Maleficent, we hope those moments become memories your family treasures for years to come.
💗 The Magic Behind the Magic
An event of this size doesn't happen with a wave of a wand!
Behind every costume, character station, themed backdrop, and carefully planned moment was an incredible team of performers, assistants, volunteers, and helping hands.
From the hours spent preparing wigs and costumes to transforming our palace and surrounding spaces into a Halloween wonderland, this event was truly a team effort.
A special thank-you to our wonderful event partners, Hip Hip Hooray and AlphaLit Triad, for helping bring additional magic to our celebration!
And to our phenomenal cast: THANK YOU for bringing these characters to life with so much personality, creativity, and heart. The laughter, excitement, and joy you created for our guests are what make all the hard work worthwhile.
🏰 Thank You, Triad Families!
To every family who purchased tickets, dressed up, shared our event, traveled to visit us, or simply cheered us on: THANK YOU!
As a locally owned, family-run small business, your support means more than you know. Every ticket helps us continue creating imaginative, theme-park-quality experiences right here in the Piedmont Triad.
We hope your candy buckets were full, your camera rolls were full, and your little ones left with stories they couldn't wait to tell!
✨ The Magic Doesn't Stop Here!
Just because Halloween is behind us doesn't mean the celebrations are over!
The Fairytale Palace has even more exciting adventures on the horizon, including our Mommy & Me Holiday Tea, magical Christmas cookie decorating experiences with Belle, and the HUGE Princess Christmas Gala (THE EVENT OF THE SEASON)!
Whether you're joining us for a special event, planning a princess birthday party, or booking your favorite character for a celebration, we can't wait to make more memories with you.
