Important Mermaid Ball Details

Everyone over the age of 12 months must have a ticket to enter. This event can sell out, please plan and purchase accordingly.
Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket.
Royal crowns & glittering mermaid gowns are encouraged but not required for little ones as you are sure to want to dress up for this occasion.
If you are 12 years or older you may not dress or try to portray a princess or prince. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a performer with Reserving Royalty. Some Mermaid flair is welcomeThank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
The event run time is approximately 1.5 hours in length
If our Mermaid Ball goes on as planned, all tickets are non-refundable and can not be applied to another event.
Rain or Shine, Event will be indoors and some select activities outdoor (weather permitting)
To avoid scams, please only purchase tickets directly from us and only from our direct website. If purchasing a resold ticket, please check its legitimacy with us prior.
We will have vendors present with princess swag and treats, they will accept cash and card.

Ball FAQS and Tips

Arrival

Parking is easy, use our lot, with overflow, if needed, on the left-hand side lot. Enter the venue's main doors marked with balloons.

Dress Your Fairytale and Doughlicious Treats will be available in the lobby before and after sessions. Be sure to charge your phone or bring a camera as you will be sure to want to capture these memories. Grab a nap before showtime. Eat a meal or snack prior to the ball as a meal will not be served. Lemonade stand drinks are included but treats for purchase.

Meeting mermaids and royals can be overwhelming to your little one, If this is their first time meeting characters/ princesses, we do recommend not making it a surprise but preparing them for the fun that they will have and experience.

Check-in

Check-in will start 20 mins prior to the event times of 10:30am(10:10am), 1pm (12:40pm) and 4pm (3:40pm). EVERY guest over the age of 12 months will need a ticket. Please have your tickets ready to scan, printed clearly or up on your phone (screenshot each ticket for easy access or add to your digital card wallet).

Tickets must be purchased online, we don't accept payment for them at the door. No guests will be allowed to enter without a ticket, you will be asked to step out of line and purchase online (if any tickets remain day of). If you need additional tickets, purchase them asap.

What Should We Wear?

~Royal crowns & glittering gowns are encouraged but not required for little ones as you are sure to want to dress up for this occasion.

We will see lots of mermaid dresses, tulle skirts, and princess shirts. We will be playing indoors and outdoors so keep that in mind!

Most little one's wear their favorite princess dress, prince attire, or play dress. Adults tend to lean toward Sunday best/ dressy casual but since it's hot, shorts and ts are totally okay!

Don't have a comfy dress to wear? No Worries! Come early and shop Dress Your Fairytale, who will be set up with tons of gorgeous outfits and accessories for a perfect ball ensemble!

What Should We Expect?

The Mermaid Ball will start with an enchanting mini-stage show, chair seating will be available, close seats are first-come, first-served as well as floor seating for up-close viewing (most popular with the little ones). This show will include dancing, singing, and more! After the show, we will transition into group games, dancing, and then stations. We will break off into crafts, individual games, and MER-mazing fun both inside and outside (weather permitting).

Guests will have plenty of opportunities to meet and greet all attending characters and take photos. Photos and videos are encouraged (tag us @ReservingRoyalty), we just asked for no flash photography during our show. We ask that you please don't rush our performers, we want to give each and every guest a magical experience. We have allotted plenty of time for every child to have quality interaction with the characters they so love!

We will be very busy making the magic so our staff won't be able to check messages or accept calls the day of the event so ask questions early! Thank you for understanding. We can't wait to share a dazzling mermaid, Sunday with your family. Our cast and crew are very excited to share the magic of Reserving Royalty and our captivating, sparkle-filled program with you very soon!

Mermaid Ball Event Ticket Policies

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version for scanning. All tickets are 100% non-refundable and can not be applied to another event. . We will not resell your ticket for you. The event is rain or shine. If we are unable to host this event, all tickets will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that this event has to be postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. All events are LIMITED ticketed events. Every participating adult and child must have a ticket. Children under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket, but the accompanying adult(s) must have a ticket. We are not responsible for any food and cosmetic reactions, please take caution as needed. By taking part in this event, you grant the Reserving Royalty LLC full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming during the event, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to
use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, & press releases.

Why we have this policy

Unfortunately, as much as we wish we could accommodate every request we receive for transfers, credits, and refunds for royal guests who are unable to attend an event after purchasing a space, we simply cannot. There is a lot of labor, hours of staff preparation, and purchasing that takes place for each child whether or not they attend the event. If we transfer your ticket to a new event, we would lose money. To put it simply, our doors would close if we didn’t adhere to our specialty ticket policies. We apologize for this inconvenience but appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
