You’re invited to a whimsical tea party hosted by Tinker Bell herself! Join us for a day filled with fairy fun, enchanting treats, and, of course, a sprinkle of pixie dust!

Shhhhhh... Elsa will be joining us as a surprise in her most magical fairy attire, along with another special guest from Pixie Hollow!

📍 Location: Reserving Royalty's Fairytale Palace

Date: Sunday, September 29th

Tea Times: 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm

Here’s what’s in store for you and your little fairy:

💚 Fairy Wing Decorating: Create and decorate your very own fairy wings to wear and fly home with.

💚 Tinkerific Tea Party: Enjoy Tink’s lemonade or chocolate milk, and savor Fairy Finger Foods like fruit and pastries.

💚 Tinker Bell’s Treasure Hunt: Embark on a magical adventure to find hidden treasures.

💚 Pixie Dust Relay: Compete in a fun and sparkly relay race.

💚 Surprise Elsa and Fairy Pal Appearance: Meet Elsa and a special Pixie Hollow guest in their fairy best.

💚 Fairy Portrait: Capture the magic with a fairy-themed portrait and receive a digital download album of event photos to cherish.

🎟️ Two Free Adults per Child: To ensure a magical experience for the whole family, each child’s reservation includes two free adult tickets.

📍 Event Location: 3910 Tinsley Drive Suite 103-105, High Point (corner of Eastchester and Wendover Ave)

This is a LIMITED reservation-only event, max of 25 kids per a session. Adults mostly observe this event but are welcome to take videos and photos. 

 2 adults max per a child please. 

Every participating child must have a space reserved. The cost is $45 per a child (adults do not need a ticket). Not a drop-off event, a guardian must stay with attending little ones. Adult seating is limited. Please review our policies before purchasing. Please let us know of any food allergies on your ticket form, but note those allergens might still be present on the table your child sits at. 

Important Details

• All children must be accompanied by an adult. Not a drop-off event, a guardian must stay with attending little ones.
• Only the children need a ticket.
• Max of two adult attendees per child. Adults mostly observe this event. 
• Every participating child must have a space reserved. Recommend for ages 3-10. We recommend age 3 due to children sitting a few feet away from grown-ups and the presence of small craft items.
• Check in Starts 10 mins prior to the session time.

EVENT POLICIES

Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present a digital version for scanning. All tickets are non-refundable. We will not resell your ticket for you. We will try our best to accommodate transfer requests to different time slots within the same event, however, we are unable to do so if the session is sold out.  If we are unable to host this event, all tickets will be fully refunded. In the unlikely event that this event has to be postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. All events are LIMITED ticketed events. Adults must attend with a child or children. All children must be accompanied by an adult. If you are 12 years or older you may not dress or try to portray a princess or prince. This is so there is no confusion as to who is a performer with Reserving Royalty. Thank you for understanding and helping us preserve the magic!​

By taking part in this event, you grant the Reserving Royalty LLC full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming during the event, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, & press releases.

Why we have this policy

Unfortunately, as much as we wish we could accommodate every request we receive for transfers, credits, and refunds for royal guests who are unable to attend an event after purchasing a space, we simply cannot. There is a lot of labor, hours of staff preparation, and purchasing that takes place for each child whether or not they attend the event. If we transfer your ticket to a new event, we would lose money. To put it simply, our doors would close if we didn’t adhere to our specialty ticket policies. We apologize for this inconvenience but appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
